If we are limited in our data literacy what informs our writing?
Are you translating science or simply communicating biased perspectives? You will learn how to formulate a data question based on a client directive, clinical research problem, or large dataset. Obviously these aren't the only options but let's unpack all 3 and see the similarities and differences.
We will examine the types of data we need to answer the question. Often, if we don't have access to the right data we need to edit our question.
How can we access the data? We will end the workshop with a quick introduction to quick cleaning steps and examination of our data.
